*DO NOT USE THESE POINTS BEFORE 36 WEEKS INTO YOUR PREGNANCY.

Only recommended for pregnant people who are at least 36 weeks or later into their pregnancy, and on -WARNING: Starting these points sooner, before the 36th week of pregnancy, could put the pregnant person and the baby in great danger.


Ideally pre-birth acupressure and or acupuncture are weekly treatments (at home or with a professional) that help to promote birther/mothers health, strength, and body‘s ability to dilate and labour efficiently. Sessions can be such an effective and gentle treatment that many birthers will not need to be induced.
